Employment Exploration Services
For individuals who are interested in working but aren’t sure what kind of job is right for them. We help identify career interests, explore workplace environments, and understand available job opportunities in the community.
Employment Development Services
We support individuals in preparing for the workforce through resume building, interview practice, skill-building, and job search assistance. We also help navigate applications and prepare individuals for workplace expectations.
Employment Support Services
Once employment is secured, our team provides on-the-job support to help individuals maintain and succeed in their roles. This may include job coaching, communication support, assistance with transportation planning, and ongoing skill reinforcement.
